Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Andhra Pradesh). It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that even though the authorization of the petitioner has been restored, the authorities are not supplying the essential commodities to the petitioner inspite of his submitting the demand draft for the requisite amount.

Since there is no dispute about the factum of restoration of authorization, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to issue essential commodities to the petitioner during the subsistence of the authorization which is restored by the authorities.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
