ORDER:

When the matter is taken, learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that due to mistake, the notice was issued on a dead person and appropriate steps would be taken to cause notice on the person concerned.

2. Having regard to the same, the Writ Petition is closed. However, all other issues are not considered and left open. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these writ petitions shall stand closed.
