The learned counsel for the appellants would submit that since the subject suit in O.S.No.127 of 2012 on the file of the III Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, was disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said suit. 2 .

Recording the said submission, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
