ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 2nd and 3rd respondents in refusing to receive the complaint dated 26.02.2019 from the petitioner and to register FIR, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home has produced before this Court a copy of the written instructions stating that the 2nd respondent has not received any complaint from the petitioner and that the complaint of the petitioner filed along with the writ affidavit shows that the place of offence comes under the jurisdiction of Hayathnagar Police Station.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will make necessary complaint before Hayathnagar Police Station. 5.
Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to file a complaint before the police station having jurisdiction. No order as to costs. 6.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
