Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. In the present Writ Petition challenge is to the notification issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer,Kadiri/respondent No.3 vide proceedings RC.No.C/150/2018, dated 31.01.2018 inviting applications for filing up the Fair Price Shop Dealership of Danduvaripalli village, Tanakal Mandal, Anantapur District.

The writ petitioner herein challenges the Writ Petition on the ground that the dealership for the subject shop cannot be reserved for BC-E category as there are only two BC-E cardholders under the subject shop.

When the matter is taken up, a letter bearing Rc.No.C/150/2018, dated 24.03.2018 of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kadiri, Anantapur District, addressed to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP) has been placed on record. In the said letter, it is stated that the impugned notification has been issued, reserving the subject fair price shop as per 100 point roster reservation by taking the entire division as unit. It is further stated that in response to the said notification, the authorities received one application from the reserved category and the written test and interview also completed as per the schedule and the

Tahasildar, Tanakal has also submitted the antecedents of the said applicant.

In view of the above instructions and as the subject shop is reserved for BC-E category as per 100 point roster reservation by taking the entire division as unit, this Court does not find any reason to interdict the process. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
