THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.16861 of 2016 ORDER:

1 Petitioner filed the present Writ Petition seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the orders/ proceedings passed by the 2nd Respondent in Rc.No.A1/7582/16 dated 07.01.2016 and the consequential proceedings issued by the 4th Respondent in Rc.No.03/2016, dated 08.01.2016 as being illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and in violation of principles of natural justice, and in violation of G.O.Ms.No.866, Revenue (Endowments-I) Department, dated 08.08.2003, and consequently to set aside the said proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent and the consequential proceedings issued by the 4th Respondent.

2 The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed letter dated 12.08.2016 in the Registry requesting to list the matter before the Court under the caption 'for withdrawal' and today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has also requested the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to it. Permission is accorded.

3 Accordingly this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting the liberty as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. __________________________ T. SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
