THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.9972 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, complaining against the 5th respondent Sub-Inspector of Police, KPHB Colony Police Station, KPHB Colony, Cyberabad, Hyderabad, for not completing the investigation and filing a charge sheet in case in Crime No.1287 of 2017 said to have been registered, on 28.09.2017. 2.

I have heard the submissions of Sri K.Naga Phanindra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and of the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) appearing for the respondents 1 to 5. I have perused the material record.

At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, a copy of which is placed on record, would submit that investigation is completed and a charge sheet has been filed and that pursuant to the charge sheet, a Calender Case in C.C.No.1664 of 2017 is taken on file by the Court of the learned Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, at Miyapur, Cyberabad, and that the accused therein are facing trial.

Recoding the submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as no cause survives for adjudication. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
