The petitioner is appointed as Anganwadi helper by proceedings No.711/A/2013, dated 26-11-2013. When the petitioner was not promoted to the post of Anganwadi Worker, she made complaint against the authorities. But the respondentauthorities are not allowing the petitioner as Anganwadi helper in terms of said proceedings. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services, who seeks time for getting instructions.

As long as the proceedings dated 26-11-2013 whereunder the petitioner is appointed as Anganwadi helper are subsisting, the respondent-authorities cannot deny her to work. In view of the same, the respondent-authorities are directed to continue the petitioner as long as proceedings dated 26-11-2013 are in subsistence and accordingly the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
