Writ Petition No.11616 of 2017 was disposed of by order dated 04.04.017 directing the A.P.Education and Welfare Infrastructure Development Corporation to examine claim of the petitioner for provision of employment under compassionate appointment scheme. Alleging inaction in compliance of the said direction, this contempt case is filed. 2.

Learned standing counsel produced the order passed by the Executive Engineer on 11.07.2017, where under claim of the petitioner was rejected. In view of the same, the Court is satisfied that there is no wilful and deliberate disobedience of the directions of this Court. Contempt Case is closed. It is open to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy as available in law, if so advised on the said order. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
