HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.Nos.10046, 10514, 10063 and 11345 of 2018 COMMON ORDER Since the issue involved in all these writ petitions is one and the same, they are being disposed of by way of this common order. When these matters are taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners contended that the respondents have rejected the cases of the petitioners due to non-availability of funds.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents contended that in the rejection order itself the respondents have taken a stand that whenever funds are available, they would consider the cases of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders. Having considered the rival submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is of the considered view that all these writ petitions can be disposed of directing the respondents to consider the cases of the petitioners whenever funds are available with them and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Accordingly, all the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. _____________________________________ JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI Date: 30.01.2020 rkk
