HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.822 of 2017 ORDER:

This revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the orders dated 04.11.2016 in I.A.No.81 of 2015 in O.S.No.67 of 2015 on the file of the Court of Sub Divisional Magistrate & Special Assistant Agent to Government, Mobile Court, Bhadrachalam, Khammam District.

Heard the learned counsel for both parties.

At the time of hearing, both counsel submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible. Both counsel further submitted that while disposing of C.R.P.No.93 of 2012, on 13.03.2012, this court directed the parties to maintain status quo in respect of the suit schedule property.

In view of the submissions made by both counsel, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the SubDivisional Magistrate & Special Assistant Agent to Government, Mobile Court, Bhadrachalam, is hereby directed to dispose of the suit O.S.No.67 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Both parties are hereby directed to maintain status quo as on today.

With the above directions, the C.R.P. is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _____________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J 19th April 2017.
