The petitioner approached the Court seeking the prayer as fo[ows:

"......to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to act in accordance with law and to release service connections aJong with electrical meters to the petitioner herein for Plot bearing Nos.479 & 480, admeasuring 833.32 Sq. Yards in Sy. Nos. 1 1/8 to 1 1/ 1 1, Part of Sy. No. 1 1 situated in Sri Swamy Ayyappa Cooperative Housing Society Limited, Khanamet village, Serilingampally Mandal, R.R. District, without being influenced by the instructions of the Sth respondent and pass such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.."

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 5 that, the subject issue in the present Writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 30.1O.2023 passed in W.P.No.3OOOS of 2023 and hence, the present writ petition could be disposed of in terms of the order of this Court dated 30.1O.2023 passed in W.P.No.3OOO5 of 2023.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel aPpearing on behalfof the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 to 5 and for the reasons alike in the above referred order dated 30.1O.2O23 passed by this Court in W.P.No.3OOOS of 2O23' the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage in similar lines, directing the respondents to release service connections along with electrical meters to the petitioner herein for Plot bearing >!

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
