Mohd.Abdul Jabbar v. The State Of Telangana
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.3312 of 2015 ORDER:
This revision is preferred challenging the docket order dated 07.10.2015 passed in C.C. No.1114 of 2014 by the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Karimnagar, wherein the learned Magistrate issued N.B.W. against petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 5.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted before this Court that the petitioners are ready to face the trial and they will not flee from the hands of justice.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and having perused the material available on record, this Court is of the view that the revision can be disposed of with the following directions: The petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 5 are directed to appear before the Court concerned and file a petition to recall the warrants issued against them and on such filing of a petition, the trial Court is directed to recall the warrants on the same day on petitioners executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with one surety for a like sum and further the petitioners are directed to appear before the Court concerned regularly.
Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this revision shall stand closed.
