By this writ petition, the petitioners seek to assail the inaction of respondents 1 to 4 in considering the representations made by them for removal of statue of late Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy, alleged to have been erected in their house site admeasuring Ac.0.05 cents in D.No.90/1 of Bollaram Village, Muppalla Mandal, Guntur District, by respondents 5 to 8.

At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners has sought to place on record certain documents showing the title of the petitioners to the subject land. However, since this Court cannot go into the title dispute in exercise of writ jurisdiction, the learned counsel for the petitioners agreed for disposal of the writ petition with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 11.01.2010 made by the petitioners, for which the learned Government Pleader for Revenue reported no objection.

In the circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer, Narsaraopet, Guntur District, to consider the petitioners' representation dated 11.01.2010, if the same is still pending before him, after giving the petitioners an opportunity of hearing, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
