HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2091 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A.3 and A.4 seek to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.594 of 2007 on the file of the IV Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal, arising out of the offence under Sections 420, 468 and 471 IPC. When the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the letter, dated 19.06.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Subedari Police Station, Warangal District, and submitted that the case was ended in acquittal on 02.01.2017.

No representation for learned counsel for petitioners. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
