This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction declaring the proceedings in V.P.No.1441/2015 A1(Pan) dt.Nil-032015 issued by the 2nd respondent and Public Auction Notice in Rc.No.12/2015 dt.01-04-2015(signed on 06-04-2015) issued by the Secretary of the 4th respondent Gram Panchayat contrary to the Resolution No.12 dt.08-04-2015 passed by the 4th respondent Gram Panchayat as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction, contrary to law and unconstitutional." Mr. K. Chidambaram, learned counsel for the petitioner, has addressed a letter dt.11.12.2015 to the Registry stating that his client wants to withdraw the writ petition. At the hearing, the learned counsel has reiterated the contents of the said letter.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order dt.15.4.2015 shall stand vacated, and W.P.M.P. No.13670 of 2015 and W.V.M.P. No.3053 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous. _______________________ C.V.
