THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1330 OF 2014 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C) by the petitioners-accused Nos.1 & 2 seeking to quash the proceedings in crime No.81 of 2013 on the file of Kachiguda Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 IPC.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the matter was settled out of Court and therefore, no orders are need to be passed in this criminal petition. Recording the above, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
