ORDER

While admitting the writ petition on 02.08.2001, this Court in WPMP No.13852 of 2001 granted interim stay subject to condition of the petitioner depositing a sum of Rs.25,000/- and the 1st respondent is at liberty to withdraw the same with furnishing security.

It is represented by the learned appearing for the 1st respondent that the above said order has already been complied with and no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
