This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not disposing of the representation, dated 31.01.2019, submitted by the petitioner, as arbitrary and illegal.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent. 3.
The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner housing society submitted a representation, dated 31.01.2019, to the 2nd respondent, the same is not being disposed of till date. 4.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 31.01.2019, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
