O R D E R :
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
"To declare the action of Respondents 1 to 4 in not taking action in Crime No.107/2012 of Police Station Humayunagar, Hyderabad, for the offences under section 420, 506, 120-B and 509 of IPC as per law as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the Police, Humayunagar to file report before the VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad as per the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code against the accused therein and to pass such other suitable orders as this court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."
2. When the matter is called, written instructions dated 12/1/2016 furnished by the Inspector of Police, Police Station Humayun Nagar, Hyderabad have been placed on record by the learned Government Pleader.
3. In the said written instructions, it is stated that after completion of investigation charge sheet was filed before the Court of VI Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad and the same was taken on file vide CC.No.411 of 2013 and at present A-1 and A-2 are facing trial.
4. In view of the above written instructions, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.
5. The writ petition is accordingly closed. No costs.
6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
