Learned counsel for both the appellants and respondent not present. As per the endorsement on the postal acknowledgment sent along with the notice to the respondent, it is clear that the sole respondent died in the year 2012. But, no steps have been taken by the appellants to bring the legal representatives of the sole respondent on record till now. Therefore, this second appeal is liable to be dismissed as abated.

The Second Appeal, is accordingly, dismissed as abated. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Second Appeal shall stand closed.
