Aggrieved by the action of the respondents, particularly respondent No. 3 - Station House Officer, Police Station, Bachupally, Rangareddy District, in not receiving and registering the complaints of the petitioner made on 2.5.2019 and 4.5.2019, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, 3rd respondent registered a petty case in CY202112 PC 19100987 and taken up the investigation.

Recording the same, writ petition is disposed of. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
