THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.18441 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard both sides. With the consent of both parties the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.2 in not considering the representations dated 02.05.2017 and 17.03.2017 made by the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.

3.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader would submit that basing on the report given, a case in Crime No.215 of 2017 of Chinthalapalem Police Station, Nalgonda District, came to be registered for an offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC and hence nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. 4.

In view of the above circumstances, cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and hence the writ petition is closed. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
