The petitioner challenges the action of the respondents in inviting tender bids by tender notification dated 24-03-2016 to the extent of Platform No.1 Middle Stall (GMU No.114) at Warangal Railway Station, when his term is subsisting. This Court granted interim order on 25-04-2016 and the grievance of the petitioner is that licence was granted in the year 2009 and although the original period of licence was for five years even under the terms of the agreement entered into by the petitioner with the 1st respondent, it is extendable by three more years and he is entitled to be continued till 31-10-2017. By virtue of interim order, the grievance of the petitioner stood redressed.

It is also stated that by learned Standing Counsel for the Railways that the petitioner has already vacated the stall and said stall is allotted to third parties. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
