THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 11745 OF 2017 O R D E R :

This Writ Petition is filed complaining inaction on the part of the 3rd respondent Telangana State Mineral Development Corporation Limited in entering into an agreement as per the orders dated 14.02.2017 of the 2nd respondent District Level Sand Committee for recasting of sand in patta land over an extent of Acs.4.37 guntas in Survey No. 1104/A of Birkur Village and Mandal, Kamareddy District.

Learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent Sri Pratap Reddy Vennavelli, on instructions, submits that the 2nd respondent itself had kept the earlier proceedings in abeyance. In the light of the above-said submission, no further orders can be passed in this Writ Petition, at this stage. However, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to communicate the petitioner what has been submitted before this Court today. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
