This criminal petition is filed by petitioner - accused, under sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.153 of of Chodavaram Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20(b)(1), read with Section 8(c) of NDPS Act.
