THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.7272 OF 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.334 of 2015 of Police Station Pet Basheerabad, Cyberabad, on various grounds.

During hearing, learned Public Prosecutor (TS) brought to the notice of this court that the police investigated into the crime and filed final report on 30-11-2015 referring the matter as 'Mistake of Fact'.

In view of filing final report, the Crime No.334 of 2015 cannot be quashed at this stage. Hence, the petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.

In the result, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
