CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 6679 OF 2011 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners under section 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking for quashment of the proceedings in Crime No. 78 of 2011 of Sangem Police Station, Warangal district, registered for the offences punishable under Section 286, 304-A of I.P.C. and Section 3 and 5 of Explosive Substance Act.

2. Sri A. Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the matter has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication.

3. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
