THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.21228 of 2014 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "...to issue order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 2 to 4 in not arresting and executing the NBWs issued against the Respondent No.5 as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and violation of Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents 2 to 4 to arrest the Respondent No.5 in Crime No.29 of 2013 on the file of the Women Police Station, Nalgonda and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned Government Pleader placed on record the written instructions issued by the Inspector of Police, Women Police Station, Nalgonda District.

From a perusal of the said written instructions, it is revealed that the Special Judicial First Class Magistrate, Prohibition & Excise, Nalgonda, issued Non-Bailable Warrants, dated 22.04.2014, against the 5th respondent in C.C.No.1 of 2014. It is further mentioned that as per the station records, the copy of the Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the 5th respondent was not received as on the date of issuance of the written instructions.

However, learned Government Pleader on oral instructions informs the Court that the matter has been compromised between the

petitioner and the 5th respondent on 22.04.2016 before the Lok Adalat and in this regard he produced the copy of the case details. 6.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition and the same is liable to be closed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ P. KESHAVA RAO, J 12th December 2019 mar
