HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 42849 of 2016 ORDER:
Petitioner alleges that some organization is undertaking construction of a statue in front of his property and even though a complaint is filed on 05.12.2016 addressed to the Deputy Commissioner, Circle - 12, Serilingampally, no action is taken by him to prevent such erection.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, by placing reliance on the photographs annexed to page Nos.44 and 45, submits that some construction activity is going on, even though there was no permission to erect statue in the public place.

Learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that no such construction activity is going on and that no person has applied for permission to erect a statue. He has circulated photographs taken at the spot and contends that the photographs would show that there was no construction activity. 4.
Since the petitioner made a complaint only on 05.12.2016, it cannot be said that the respondent-authority is not diligent in acting upon on the said complaint. 5.
Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue the complaint already submitted to the Deputy Commissioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
