THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE NO.806 OF 2015 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Sri B.Narayana Reddy, learned Assistant Solicitor General, would place before us a copy of the order of the Supreme Court in SLP (C) CC.No.1822 of 2016 dated 01.02.2016 whereby the operation of the judgment in WA.No.2283 of 2005 dated 20.10.2014 has been stayed. Thereafter, by order dated 11.04.2016, leave was granted and the interim relief granted earlier was directed to continue.

Once leave is granted by the Supreme Court, the order passed by this Court in WA.No.2283 of 2005 would merge with the order that may be passed by the Supreme Court in the Civil appeal. We see no reason, therefore, to proceed against the respondents-contemnors under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The Contempt Case is accordingly closed.
