ORDER

It is stated that the issue raised in this writ petition fell for consideration before this Court in a similar case, W.P.No.16334 of 2001, and the same was dismissed by order dated 12.10.2009. For reasons alike as were mentioned in the aforesaid order, this Writ Petition is also dismissed. Interim order dated 19.10.2005 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
