This Criminal Revision Case is filed aggrieved by the Order dated 04.07.2009 in M.P.No.645 of 2008 in M.C.No.196 of 1998 on the file of learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of JHCBBC cum Additional Family Court cum XXIII Additional Chief Judge, Hyderabad.

03. It is represented by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner that the parties have settled the matter out of the Court. Therefore, learned counsel for the revision petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the case.

04. Same is recorded.

05. In view of the above submissions, the learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the revision case.

06. The Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order to as costs. As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
