This writ petition is filed for declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not allotting the essential commodities to the petitioner for distribution among the respective cardholders of Fair price shop No.34 of Krosur Village, Krosur Mandal, Guntur District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. In consequence, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
