THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.10040 of 2018 ORDER:

After arguing the matter for some time, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to permit the petitioner herein to file an appropriate application for building permission afresh and the same may be directed to be considered by the respondents as per law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel, that if any such application is filed the same would be considered and appropriate action would be taken strictly in accordance with law. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioner to make an appropriate application for building permission, enclosing all the statutory requirements, within a period of one week, and, if any such application is filed and if the same is in accordance with law, the same be verified and appropriate further action be taken, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
