HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.23830 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5.

2. Petitioners' grievance is that the police have not registered an FIR in spite of information regarding commission of cognizable offence given by the petitioners to the 5th respondent on 16-07-2016.

Learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents states that Crime No.91 of 2016 has been registered by the 6th respondent on 21-072016 after the Writ Petition is filed.

4. Since the grievance of the petitioner is thus addressed, the Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to conduct investigation and file a final report in the competent Court in accordance with law. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
