HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.15721 of 2014 ORDER:

At the admission stage the following order is passed after hearing learned counsel for petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor. The Police Narayanaguda PS shall continue investigation to its logical end. However, they shall not arrest the petitioners/accused during the course of investigation. The petitioners are directed to cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation and appear before the police when instructed. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
