CVNR, J. & KVL, J.

wp_32970_2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) The applicant in O.A.No. 5240 of 2013 before the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad (for short, 'the Tribunal') filed this Writ Petition against common order dated 10-07-2015 passed in the said O.A. as well as O.A.No. 5724 of 2013, whereby it has dismissed both the O.As. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Sri V.Veeraswamy, the applicant in O.A.No. 5724 of 2013, filed W.P.No. 11532 of 2017 before this Court and a Division Bench of this Court by its order dated 10-07-2017 allowed the same by directing the respondents to afford an opportunity to the petitioner in the coming recruitment of Stipendiary Cadet Trainee Police Constable (Civil) by giving him relaxation as given earlier in the recruitment process for the years 2005 and 2006 with regard to age, height and educational qualifications. Learned Government Pleader for Services (T.S.) has fairly conceded to this fact and also that the petitioner is similarly situated to V.Veeraswamy, the petitioner in W.P.No. 11532 of 2017.

3.

In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is also allowed in terms of the order dated 10-07-2017 in W.P.No. 11532 of 2017 with the direction that the reasons and directions contained therein shall form part of this order. 4.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No. 41026 of 2017 shall stand closed as infructuous.
