As none appeared for the petitioners on 24.11.2017, the matter was directed to be listed "For Dismissal". Even today, when the Writ Petition is listed under the caption "For Dismissal", neither is the learned counsel for the petitioners present nor is there any representation on their behalf.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
