There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

The prayer sought in the Writ Petition is as under: "...to issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 3 to 5 in interfering with the civil disputes and threatening the petitioner and her family members to implicate in false cases at the instance of the 6th respondent as illegal arbitrary and violative of fundamental rights guaranteed under Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No 1 & 2 to take departmental action against the respondents 3 to 5 for interfering in civil disputes and also direct them not to interfere with the life and personal liberty of the petitioner and her family members."

Learned GP appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 5 filed a counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No.4. In the counter affidavit, it is specifically stated that the dispute between the petitioner and respondent No.6 is purely civil in nature and the Task Force officials have nothing to do with it. No action of what so ever has been taken on the complaint dated 16.11.2013 of respondent No.6 till date. Enquiries made by respondent No.4 revealed that on a complaint of respondent

No.6, the police of Malakpet Police Station, Hyderabad, registered a case in Cr.No.422 of 2013 under Sections 406 and 420 IPC against the petitioner and her son-in-law. It is also stated that neither the respondents asked the petitioner to register the sale deed in favour of respondent No.6 nor sent any of the constable to the hospital and residence of the petitioner and threatened to implicate her in false cases. 4.

In the light of the specific statement made in the counter affidavit, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
