THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.10718 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner questioning the action of the respondents & in not considering the petitioner's representation, dated 17.01.2018, with regard to the Seniority List wherein the name of the petitioner, according to his submission, should appear above the name of one Smt. C.RatnaMary in the Seniority List.

I have heard the submissions of Sri K.Sai Mohan Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and of the learned Government Pleader for Higher Education (A.P.) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. I have perused the material record. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Higher Education (A.P.) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.01.2018, would be considered and disposed of, in accordance with procedure established by law, within a reasonable time. 4.

Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the representation, dated 17.01.12018, of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, and at any rate not later than four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, however, in strict accordance with procedure established by law. There shall be no order as to costs.

MSRM, J W.P.No.10718 of 2018 Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
