HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT APPEAL No. 42 OF 2015 JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) By consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ appeal is heard for admission forthwith.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the questions involved in the instant appeal and in W.A No. 1311 of 2014 are identical. In other words, he submits that the challenge raised in the writ petition from which the present appeal arises and in the writ petition from which W.A No. 1311 of 2014 arose are identical. He submits that W.A No. 1311 of 2014 has been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 10-10-2014. He therefore prays for dismissal of the appeal in terms of the order dated 10-10-2014 passed in W.A No. 1311 of 2014.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents do not dispute the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellants. In the circumstances, we dismiss the writ appeal in terms of the order dated 10-10-2014 passed in W.A No. 1311 of 2014.
