HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.7420 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents 2 to 4 in mutating and issuing pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of petitioner's agricultural land in Sy.No.476 admeasuring Ac.9-30 guntas situated at Huzurnagar Revenue Village, Huzurnagar Mandal, Nalgonda District inspite of the applications dated 20-10-2013 and 11-04-2015 made by the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue says that the applications made by the petitioner are not in Form VI-A for grant of pattadar passbooks and learned counsel for petitioner seeks liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file application in Form VI-A along with relevant documents.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make application in form VI-A as per rules along with necessary documents. On such application, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law and take action. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
