THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A,ABHISHEK REDDY WRIT PETITION No.14237 of 2O2O ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. The grievance of the petitioner is that the certified copy of ROR No.247 I 1982 pertaining to Gopanpally Village, Sherilingampaily Mandal, Ranga Reddy District is not being supplied to the petitioner in spite of making a representation on 27.06.2O2O to the concerned oflicials.

The learned Government Pleader has stated that due to the present COVID situation, the representation of the petitioner could not be disposed of, and if some time is given, the same will be considered and necessary orders will be passed, thereby the grievance of the petitioner will be redressed. In view of the above made submission made by the learned Government Pleader, ends of justice would be met if the official respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 27 .06.2020, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In case the copy of ROR No.247 ll9a2 pertaining to Gopanpally Village, Sherilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District is available in the office of the respondent No.3, the certified copy of the same will be furnished to the petitioner as per the procedure in vogue.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
