Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the 1st respondent.

During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that Crl.A.No.124 of 2009 pending on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Srikakulam, itself has been disposed of. Therefore, no cause would survive in the present revision case filed against an interlocutory order passed in the said appeal. Accordingly, the criminal revision case is dismissed as infructuous.
