OFFI CE NOTE 07.05.2025 JSR,J I.A.No.1 of 2025 (On being mentioned) This application is filed seeking correction of the status of petitioner No.3 namely Uduthala Saya Goud in COR No.49 of 2025 as accused No.7 in place of accused No.3.

Heard Sri Durga Prasad, learned counsel for petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that inadvertently the status of petitioner No.3 was wrongly mentioned in criminal petition as accused No.3, though his status is accused No.7. This Court allowed the criminal petition and granted anticipatory bail in favour of accused Nos.2 to 6 and 8. He further submits that accused Nos.2 to 6 were already surrendered before the SHO, Banswada and they were enlarged on bail. Unless the said mistake is rectified, petitioner No.3/accused No.7 will be put to great hardship.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has not opposed for the same.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the application is ordered and petitioner No.3/accused No.7 is directed to surrender before the SHO, Prohibition and Excise Station, Banswada on or before 10.05.2025 and on such surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand
