This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1 of 2015 pending on the file of Special Judge for SPE & ACB Cases, Vijayawada, Krishna District. Acceding to the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, without touching the merits, I deem it appropriate to direct the trial Court to decide the matter in accordance with law. Accordingly, the Special Judge for SPE & ACB Cases, Vijayawada, Krishna District is directed to dispose of C.C.No.1 of 2015 in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
