Heard.

The petitioners are aggrieved by the order, dated 15-07-2015 passed by the District Registrar and Collector under Section 41-A of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (for short 'the Act').

The said order is clearly appealable under Section 41-A(3) of the Act and without exhausting the efficacious alternative remedy, the present writ petition is filed.

Hence, the entertainment of this writ petition is declined and it is accordingly dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to avail the appellate remedy, as stated above, against the impugned order. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
