The Criminal Petition No 14O6 of 2017 is fiIed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure' 1973 {for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioners/Accused Nos'1' 2 and 4 to quash the proceedings against them in C'C' No' 797 of 2Ol5 pending on the file of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Sangareddy, Medak District' The offenceS alleged against them are under Sections 419, 42O,463' 464 atd 471 of IPC.

The Criminal Petition No'1407 of 2Ol7 is filed under \ Section 482 of Cr.P.C by the petitioner/Accused No'l to quash the proceedings against him in C'C' No' 795 of 2Ol5 pending on the {ile of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Sangareddy, Medak District' The offences alleged against them are under Sections 419, 42O,463' 464 and 471 of IPC.

The said proceedings were questioned before this Court in the year 2017. No interim orders are passed. The counsel appearing is not aware of the stage in the trial Court. Since the case of the year 2015 this Court is not inclined to keep' the petitions pending. The petitioners have also not made the de-facto complainalt as the respondent to the present applications. However, in the event of cause survives, the petitioners are at liberty to move this Court under Section 482 of Cr.pC.

Accordingly, both the Criminal petitions are disposed of. Miscellaneous applications pending, if ar-rv, shall stand closed.
