ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that initially, the petitioner was appointed as full time contingent worker on 19.01.1989 on compassionate grounds and in spite of rendering considerable length of service, his case was not considered for regularization.

While admitting the writ petition on 24.07.2003, this Court in WPMP No.18822 of 2003, directed the respondents to continue the petitioner in service. In pursuance of the same, the petitioner was continued in service.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization of her services in accordance with law, if not already regularized and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
